Salon Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly ask for at least 1 hour notice if you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment.
Please note that due to a significant number of no call no show appointments, we have implemented a policy to charge 50% of the service fee for any missed appointments without prior notice. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensures that other clients can avail of our services.
