Requesting a specific technician is a request only and does not guarantee that technician. The salon will confirm with you, typically on the day of the appointment.
No deposit required - pay at the salon.
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be missed/forfeited.
All services come with a seven-day fix guarantee.
Same-day bookings must be made at least 3 hours in advance; otherwise please call the salon to book.
