By using the Online Booking system, you agree to the following:
- The information you provided is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
- You understand that Four Seasons Nails & Spa reserves the right to
Change/modify the rules and regulations relating to admission to the courses it conducts from time to time, and you agree to abide by them.
- The decision of Four Seasons Nails & Spa regarding granting or
rejecting admission to any course conducted by it is final and binding on you.
- You authorize Four Seasons Nails & Spa to charge your Credit Card /
Debit Card / Bank account towards the fee as per the authorization you gave in the Online Form, if applicable.
- You understand and accept that the jurisdiction for any disputes relating to Four Seasons Nails & Spa.
- Four Seasons Nails & Spa will not be responsible for any damage suffered by you from using the services on this site.
Four Seasons Nails & Spa Policies?
- Before requesting any service, please refer to our price list, verify, and agree to the listed price.
- To allow us to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, you need to:
- Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
- Inform us immediately if you have any concerns relating to the salon, the staff, or any service.
- Inform us immediately before any services if you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction, condition concerning your nails, or any existing medical condition that prohibits any nail services.
- Repeated NO SHOWS may result in the denial of service.
- We have a NO REFUND policy for all salon services. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or no later than 24 hours after. If we choose to provide a complimentary corrective service, we will schedule it for the first available time within five days of your initial appointment.
- Mani and Pedi with regular polish are not guaranteed, but we will touch up a chip within 24 hrs of your service.
- We offer complimentary repairs for gel, acrylic, pink, and white and dipping powder manicures for 7 (seven) days from the date of your original service. To schedule a repair, simply call our number and provide the name of the tech as well as the date of your original service.
- Prices and treatments are subject to change at the discretion of management. Gratuity is not included.
- Any promotion or reward program is subject to change without notice. Reward points / Perk can be used at the time of your service and can’t be cashed out or transferred. Any remaining points/perk can be stopped when promotion and or reward programs end.
- After scheduling your appointment, your confirmation will be made through a method of your choice by our salon concierge. We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice by phone or in person.
- Four Seasons Nails & Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
- Payment Methods: CASH, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and our salon Gift Cards.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances, and are non-refundable. Gift cards must be present at the time of service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift cards or any unauthorized usage.
- A complimentary glass of red/white wine is provided only to our salon customers with a healthy, deluxe or signature service and is at least 21 years of age. Limit 1 glass per customer. Water bottles or juices are available to all services upon request. For your safety, we use plastic cups and glasses. These complimentary offers are available while supplies last & at the discretion of our salon’s staff.
- Children are welcome by appointment only. Young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed in the service areas or held in the lap during an appointment. While this policy helps to ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp implements and chemicals make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Please make all necessary childcare arrangements before your visit.
- PETS: The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official "Service Animal" vests are the ONLY exception. Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs, and/or companion dogs are not recognized as “Service Animals” according to the Board of Consumer Affairs. We invite you to talk with us about any questions or concerns regarding this state law.
