At Luxury Nail Spa, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask that you review our policy below.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment, please call us at 239-454-6289 as soon as possible.

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service time to avoid delaying other clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up without notice more than 1 time may be required to leave a deposit before booking future appointments.
