• Zen Nails & Spa reserves the right to accept, modify, or cancel any appointment at its discretion.

• You authorize Zen Nails & Spa to charge your credit card, debit card, or bank account for the amount shown during the online booking process.

• Any disputes related to payments or services will fall under the jurisdiction of 9188 Forest Hill Blvd, Wellington, FL 33411.

• Zen Nails & Spa is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience that may occur due to the use of this online booking service.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or missed appointments.

• If you cancel your appointment, any appointment fee paid will be forfeited.

• In the case of a duplicate payment, the extra transaction amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 business days through the same payment method used.

• Convenience fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable and will not be reversed for any refund or cancellation.
