Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or missed appointments.

If you cancel your appointment, any appointment fee paid will be forfeited.

In the case of a duplicate payment, the extra transaction amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 business days through the same payment method used.

Convenience fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable and will not be reversed for any refund or cancellation.
