Appointment booking fee: to secure your appointment, we do require a deposit ($25), the deposit will be non-refundable at the time of your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the remaining balance of your services. 

Cancellation/Reschedule Same Day: please give us a call (346-866-8688) 24-48hrs before your appointment, If  you cancellation/reschedule on the same day the deposit is non-refundable.

No-shows: please notify us if you cannot make your appointment, even if it's on short notice. To book in an appointment with us in the future, you will need to pay 50% to book your service.

Refunds are not granted for any services rendered.
