Booking & Deposits
• A $30 deposit required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits go toward your final total.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, no-shows or excessive lateness.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that unexpected situations happen, which is why we offer a 15-minute grace period.
Strike System:
Clients who are 15+ minutes late more than 3 times will receive 1 strike.
Accumulating 3 strikes may result in:
• Booking restrictions
• Mandatory deposits for all future appointments
• Permanent blocking from future bookings
Cancellation Policy
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
• Same-day cancellations may result in deposit forfeiture.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in booking restrictions.
Extra Guests & Children
To maintain a relaxing environment and limited seating space:
• Please avoid bringing extra guests unless they are being serviced.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• For safety reasons, children should not run around the salon.
Health & Sanitation
At The Nail Lab Buckhead:
• We prioritize sanitation and nail health.
• Tools are properly cleaned and disinfected between clients.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if there are signs of fungus, infections, open wounds or conditions that may compromise safety.
Respect Policy
We strive to maintain a positive and respectful environment for both clients and staff.
Disrespectful behavior, harassment, excessive aggression or inappropriate conduct toward our team will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or permanent banning from the salon.
Refund Policy
Due to the time, products and customized nature of our services:
• All sales and services are final.
• We do not offer refunds on completed services.
• If there is an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to find a reasonable solution.
